Early Morning Craziness

I woke up at 5:10 this morning to get a lunch prepared for Brian. He has to leave for work no later than 6 AM. I thought he might enjoy some fish, a baked potato and some Brussel Sprouts along with some fresh fruit so I began to work on his lunch. At 5:25 he comes rushing out of the bedroom to inform me that he needed to leave in less than five minutes as he had forgottten that he was suppose to start at seven this morning and not eight so I had five minutes to come up with a different meal and get it packed. Good thing I went grocery shopping last night! All is not lost with the meal I made him. It is now finished and it will be waiting for him tonight when he gets home. I work from 5- 9 tonight.
